all schools the possibility to create their own online learning areas.
Schools in Austria and Germany, that register before 2005 will receive
elSITOS® free of charge and for a unlimited period.

Why on earth would schools need a learning management system?
In contrast to an individual learning program, a learning platform
opens a wide variety of communication channels between students
as well as between teachers and students. “Cribbing” is
actually encouraged in subject specific forums because it promotes
the exchange of information and the ability of so-called cooperative
learning. All teaching materials are available online for the students’
