Role of bit media: As a project partner bit media
works as an internal eLearning consultant for those project partners
that design and build the training courses. It supports the project
in selecting authoring tools, in defining a basic course concept and
blueprint for individual learning objects and in implementing and evaluating
of the courses.

with project partner Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster
Assistance (BBK) development of a virtual academy based on bit media´s
learning management system SITOS, hosting of virtual platform and consulting
of e-learning content production process; programming and media realization
of English language content on the European mechanism of mutual cooperation
in civil protection.
Web-based e-Learning for SME and Craftsmen of
Modern Europe (WELCOME): Market validation of EU-wide qualification
passes and e-Learning for CNC, Mechatronic and ICT training

Role of bit media: Project partner.
Together with two other content partners bit media supplies customized
off-the-shelf-content. Also bit media provides the English language
WELCOME-learning site on the basis of its SITOS learning management
platform and hosts the pilot runs. Bit media is also responsible for
Austria as one of the initial target countries for the WELCOME service
and coordinates the development of a certifiable European ICT
